🔁 Hackaro Return & Refund Policy

At Hackaro, your satisfaction means everything to us.

We’re here to make life easier — and that includes returns too.

If something isn’t right with your order, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

 

🛍️ 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Non-returnable items include:

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.

Hygiene-related items (e.g. cleaning tools, personal gadgets) once opened.

Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).

 

🚚 2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

1. Send us a message on WhatsApp or email at support@hackaro.com with your order number and a photo/video showing the issue.

2. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.

3. If approved, our courier will contact you to pick up the item from your address.

 

💸 3. Refund Process

We offer refunds or replacements based on your preference:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if available) :

Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement product (based on your choice).

For prepaid orders :

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

📦 4. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items.

If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive a voucher or replacement of equal value.

⚠️ 5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
