📦 1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

🇦🇪 🇸🇦 🇶🇦 🇰🇼 🇧🇭 Gulf Region

⏱️ 2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer free delivery above 200 AED orders. 
For UAE Orders ( 1 - 2 business days )
For Other GCC Countries ( 3 - 5 business days )

💰 3. Payment Methods

We currently offer:
UAE : Cash on delivery or Online Payment ( Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Visa, Master Card and Paypal )

For Other GCC Countries : Online Payment ( Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Visa, Master Card and Paypal )

🧾 4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a Email or WhatsApp or SMS notification with your tracking details.

For COD orders, our courier may contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.

 

📍 5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/Email

Courier contact details for real-time delivery updates

If you don’t receive your tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us at support@hackaro.com

 

❗ 6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us.

In that case, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

 

🌍 7. International Orders 

We are delivering and accepting orders for all GCC Countries.
